I do not accept custom and personalized orders at this moment.

All of my ceramic ware is glazed with lead free and non-toxic glazes. They are food, dishwasher and Microwave-safe. However, hand wash and careful handling is recommended.

I hand wrap my pieces with tissue paper, bubble wrap and packing materials to prevent potential damage during shipping.

If you would like your purchase to be gift wrapped be sure to leave me a note during checkout or contact me directly. I can provide you picture of the packing materials will be used and send you an after picture.

No two pieces are exactly alike! All items in this shop are individually handmade, and each have its own characteristics. Colors and textures may slightly vary because of the oxidation and reduction firing processes. Some glaze naturally have pin holing in their texture. Some aren't perfectly round, but all made with love.

Items in stock are shipped via USPS within 1-3 business days of purchase unless otherwise noted.

Each pottery piece contains hours and hours work and goes through below journey:

-Wedging, throwing, any wet decorative work (1 day)
-Drying to soft/medium leather-hard for trimming, smoothing and signing (trimming included) (1-3 days)
-Drying to Bone Dry (count on 1 to 2 weeks, depending on how humid or dry the weather is)
-Stacking the kiln, preheat, bisque firing, cool down, unloading (3 to 4 days)
-Glazing and decoration (2 to 3 days)
-Stacking the kiln, glaze firing, cool down, unloading (3 to 4 days)

Shipping is once a week on Monday or Tuesday. I will try to ship your order in timely manner!
