Custom and personalized orders

Custom orders must be paid for before any work is started. Final pictures of order will be emailed before it is shipped. RESERVED listings for an item in my shop, will be "Reserved" for 36 hours.

Shipping

Any Returns the buyer must pay for return shipping costs. For any damages, buyer must bring the damaged item to your local Post Office and file a damage claim with them.
