Care instructions
Plated jewelry is very affordable and looks just like real gold or silver. Gold/Rhodium-Plating can lend an attractive finish to a piece that must be sturdy and durable.
To keep your jewelry looking lovely...
- Please remove your plated piece when sleeping, swimming or exercising.
- Avoid water, perfumes/lotions and other chemicals getting on your jewelry.
- After each wear, gently wipe off skin oils and dust with a soft cloth and never use chemical jewelry cleaners as these will wear away the plating.
- Store your jewelry in a ziplock or air-tight container when not in use.
Sizing details
All plated chains of necklaces and bracelets can be customized to the length you choose at no extra cost up to 24 inch. We're more than happy to customize it for you. If you don't see your desired length of chain in the drop down menu, please ask me. We can do a longer chain for little extra.
Custom and personalized orders
Every piece we make is made to order.
Any font or letter types can be hand-stamped on the charms we have as long as they fit. Please convo us if you're not sure about your custom order and have any questions.
Gift wrapping and packaging
Each piece or set comes in a sweet gift box (or soft bag for bangles), ready for gifting.
Processing and Shipping Times
We normally ship next day (1 business day) after your order is placed. To most countries including North America it normally arrives within 2 weeks but sometimes it could be delayed depending on the local situation or due to customs. We do not have enough control over delivery times but we'll do our best to meet the shipping estimates.
If you need your order rushed, you can select an expedited shipping for little extra. Please contact us and note the date you need it by so we can work to make it happen, or inform you if it’s cutting it too close and discuss options.
Free Shipping Offer
We offer free shipping to US on orders over 35USD. This will automatically be applied at checkout.
If you're returning an item with our free shipping offer applied, you will be refunded the original purchase excluding shipping cost. We calculate shipping cost for $4.80USD for one item and $0.8USD each from the second item.
