Can you give me your artwork to print myself?
Not at this time. For artist (the creator) Michelle Mospens to maintain all rights to her art copyright she does not sell her original art as digital files for reproduction. If you are wanting, (totes, mugs, napkins, etc.) with her art, we can also offer you these items printed. Just tell us via email hello@mospensstudio.com the item and quantity and we will give you a quote.
Can I order a sample before I buy my invitations/save the dates?
Absolutely! We want you to see and feel our invitations, cards and paper in person! Most times we offer a sample link in our shop. If you don't see the sample offered, just message us. We are happy to add it for you.
Do I get to see what my invitation / save the date looks personalized with my text?
Yes. At Mospens Studio, we are professional designers who design your invitation for you using the perfect leading and kerning. After you order, you get a proof preview online. We only print AFTER you approve to print. Your proof is personalized for you in 1 week (sometimes faster) after you order.
Can I see what my art looks like before I pay you?
No. Due to current deadlines for custom-made orders in the studio, Michelle can not hand-paint new art or hand-illustrate designs for no charge. You will have to make a purchase before working with her.
What is your wedding invitations minimum order? Can I order 7?
Our minimum order is 25 invitation cards. If you need 27 you can order in any increment after 25.
Can I just get 1 printable digital file of my invitation?
At Mospens Studio, to maintain all rights to our (100% original) art copyright we do not sell invitation art as digital files for reproduction. We aim to maintain the highest quality of printed art / product so we handle all printing here for our exclusive invitations and stationery.
Can I get a refund?
Due to the design service involved, supplies, and custom handmade nature of our stationery products we do not offer refunds. We do offer samples before you buy and design proofs after you order.
How many wedding invitations / save the dates should I buy?
Most times one invitation is sent per household/couple. We always recommend you purchase at least 5 more cards. Most of our clients do add 10 more. Later if you find you need to order a few more, there will be additional charges to set up the press. So it is best to plan for additions to your list.
I designed my own invitation, can I send you the art / layout to print?
No. Due to the high volume of Custom Wedding Stationery orders we do not print anything other than our 100% original art and designs at this time. We suggest you search for a local printer in your town.
