Measuring an impressive 17 by 17 feet, it is remarkably difficult to find such a beautiful, oversized round rug. It has completely transformed the space, giving the entire room an elegant, luxurious feel. I would also like to recognize the owner, Shama, for providing outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. They are so attentive, responsive, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring my complete satisfaction. The combination of this gorgeous, high-quality rug and Shama’s exceptional customer service made the entire experience truly outstanding. I highly recommend this vendor! 4 out of 5 starsWhen you are selling an item with a crisp abstract, angular design you need to make sure that the WHOLE design is crisp and accurate. There are a lot of wavy lines in this rug but as it is for my kitchen dining room it is acceptable but would not have been in a lounge or hall situation. The colours are lovely and the pile height is just right.

1 out of 5 starsWhen the rug finally arrived, the quality was pretty good. Notably the pile is very thick and it has a lot of depth and cushion not common in most off-the-shelf rugs. That said, ordering a custom, made-to-order rug from India resulted in wait times of many weeks, a late arrival, a missing package after claiming it was delivered but was photographed being in a different house (it did turn up at the doorstop miraculously days later), an odd “cat pee” type smell on arrival (I aired it out under a fan outside all night and smell dissipated), and a bit of a misshaping or oval form for an expectedly circular rug (it seems to have generally been coaxed back into form. Communication on its status was requested during production, only for feedback to come only after it arrived. Rug = ok. Experience = never again.

Hello, Please note that this is a sample/smaller size rug, so the complete design does not appear as clearly as it does in larger sizes. In small sizes, it is very difficult to show the full pattern and overall visual effect. If you choose a larger size such as 8x10 ft or 9x12 ft, the complete design will be visible and look much better. Another customer purchased this same rug in a larger size and was very happy with how it looked.
