Help! The surface of my keychain looks scratched!
All acrylic keychains ship with a thin layer of plastic coating that protects them until they get to you! Please gently peel this layer off of your keychain before use! Epoxy keychains have one layer on the backside. Flat keychains have a layer on each side
What kind of sticker paper do you use?
Sticker material differs for different listings, all stickers are weatherproof and can withstand getting wet. Please avoid dishwashing and heavy scrubbing.
Matte stickers should not be placed in high touch areas, (phones, near laptop touchpads) as the oils from your hands may cause the sticker to degrade faster and result in peeling.
Help! My order tracking has said it's in pre-transit for an extended period of time
For flat orders that contain only stickers or small prints, your order has shipped via USPS letter mail. While etsy does provide tracking for these shipments, USPS does not always scan the labels as often as larger packages. Often orders will show as being in pre-transit for up to a week before they suddenly change to "out for delivery" I understand this is frustrating and if it seems like your order is taking longer than it should, or you're concerned, please reach out!

It doesn't hurt to ask! I try to make sure I change listings that will not be restocked for stickers, keychains, and prints, to discontinued when the designs will not be returning. If there's something you'd really like to see come back, let me know! I update and redo more popular designs every now and again, and the one you're looking for could be one of them.
