The Blue Wizards are a pair of Death Feigning Beetles that make Sarah real anxious by playing dead for a few days every now and then. They eat dead stuff sometimes and keep Peppa entertained, but she just likes to watch.

Do you do customs?

How do you source your specimens?
I source a majority of my moths/butterflies from vintage personal collections, hobbyists who hand rear specimens, or from friends who find bugs that have passed in nature. Using species native to the US that have lived out their lives will always be my preference, so my pieces will often feature specimens with flaws.
I source bones, teeth, and skulls from local roadkill or hunting by-product that my friends or myself find and process. Please see my disclaimer about my feelings re: ethical vs responsible sourcing.
I will occasionally outsource for specimens I cannot obtain myself locally. I source only from shops that clearly state how they obtain their specimens, and do my best to list when these specimens are used.
