Information I Collect
To fulfill your order, you must provide me with certain information (which you authorized Etsy to provide to me), such as your name, e-mail address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information if you contact me directly.
Why I Need Your Information and How I Use It
I collect, use, and share your information in several legally-permissible ways, including:
As needed to provide my services, such as fulfilling your order, settling disputes, or providing customer support;
When you have provided affirmative consent (e.g., joining my mailing list), which you may revoke at any time;
If necessary to comply with a court order or legal obligation (such as retaining purchase data for tax law); and
As necessary for my legitimate interests, if those interests are not overridden by your rights, such as:
Providing and improving my services;
Complying with Etsy Seller Policy and Etsy Terms of Use; and
Using your e-mail address for limited remarketing (e.g., Facebook, Google) with your consent.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
Protecting my customers’ personal information is crucially important to my business. I share your information only for very limited reasons and in limited circumstances, as follows:
With Etsy: I share information with Etsy as necessary to provide services and comply with my obligations under Etsy’s Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
With Third-Party Service Providers: I engage trusted third parties for production and order fulfillment, including:
Printify — order fulfillment
Printful — order fulfillment
These providers receive your personal information only to the extent necessary to perform these services.
Business Transfers: If I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.
Legal Compliance: I may collect, use, retain, or share your information if required to:
Respond to legal process or government requests;
Meet contractual obligations;
Prevent fraud or other illegal activity; or
Protect the rights, property, and safety of my customers or others.
How Long I Store Your Information
I retain your personal information only as long as necessary to provide you with my services and comply with my legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.
I generally keep your data for five (5) years.
Transfers of Personal Information Outside the EU
I may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the United States and other jurisdictions. As a result, your information may be transferred to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws. If required to transfer information outside of the EU, I rely on Privacy Shield where applicable (e.g., Google Cloud).

If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have several rights in relation to your personal information:
Right to Access: You may request a copy of the personal information I hold about you.
Right to Change, Restrict, or Delete: You may request corrections, usage restrictions, or deletion of your information (except where retention is required by law).
Right to Object: You can object to processing based on legitimate interests or to receiving marketing messages.
Right to Complain: EU residents may raise a concern with their local data protection authority.
