Same issue as previous review

I think the product is great. Very good quality. However when I opened both boxes there was no instructions in either one. When I emailed the company they were on holiday and wouldn’t respond for a couple of weeks. For me, I know it’s a holiday but I feel someone should be available to at least respond to questions. These were gifts to my son who now needs to wait to start it until they come back to work. Very disappointing to a child on his birthday.

Item was packaged well and supplied with easy to follow assembly instructions. Enjoyed building it and very pleased with the result, also queries were handled quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.

Outer cardboard carton arrived wet but due to Tony packaging the kit in a plastic bag, the kit was waterproof. Looking forward to starting assembly on this quality product.

By far the best wooden marble run on the market - wonderfully designed and packaged with superb quality materials. The instructions were easy to follow and queries were dealt with very quickly and efficiently. All in all a most enjoyable build and huge enjoyment when completed. Thoroughly recommended!

The item arrived with a defective motor. No problem, I contacted the seller and received a new motor without any hassle! Excellent!!! 👍
