Returns and Exchanges are only available to European countries belonging to the European Union, due to legal requirements.

Refunds will not be issued until the item/s are received by the seller in original condition.

Exchanges will not be shipped until the item/s are received by the seller in original condition.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs, and in the case of exchanges, the buyer is also responsible for shipping cost of the replacement item/s, as well as any difference in price between original item/s and replacement item/s.

Our free shipping guarantee applies to orders of $35+, and will be shipped via First Class Mail, unless the package exceeds the weight alloted for First Class Mail.
We highly recommend that you purchase Priority Mail shipping if you would like insurance on your order. Most orders will be shipped First Class Mail without insurance, with the exception of our Metalsmith jewelry, or orders that do not meet the requirements for First Class Mail set by USPS.

As all of our products are made to order, and most are made with all natural materials, there will be variations in the product that you receive.
Most items pictured are the originals, and every purchased item will be made based on that model. Our Metalsmith Jewelry is the exception, and are all one of a kind pieces, unless otherwise specified.

Our standard processing time is up to 10 business days on most items.
Business Days are Monday through Friday and do not include holidays and observed holidays. We do not offer returns, refunds, or cancellations as stated in our shop policies. Once we have reached the 10th business day for most items, your order will be in USPS' care and it is up to them to update tracking information and deliver in a timely manner. At this point we, unfortunately, have no further control over the delivery or tracking information of your order.

If we have not already shipped your order, please message us here on Etsy as soon as possible for further instructions.
Most items can be re-shipped, but due to the mailing service that we have to use to live our lifestyle, buyers will be responsible for replacement shipping costs plus a $7 fee as we are charged for every package that is returned to our address. Errors in your selected shipping address will also cause delays in the delivery of your order. All orders will be shipped to the address that is on the order when placed.

Our lifestyle of being traveling artists provides us with the amazing opportunity to constantly find new inspiration for new products because of the places we get to experience. We love to have the opportunity to share these experiences with each and every one of you through our art! This lifestyle does sometimes mean that we are in an area where we unfortunately do not have an internet connection (We know it's the 21st century and it feels like there's wifi everywhere. But sometimes it is refreshing to get out into nature where there is no connection to the internet!)
