1 out of 5 starsI contacted the seller before purchasing and specifically asked whether the bag was made of genuine leather or faux leather. The seller sent me the product description, which clearly stated that the bag was made of genuine leather. However, when I received the bag, it was obviously made of artificial material — cheap plastic-like faux leather. I am very disappointed. Misleading customers in this way is unacceptable and very dishonest. This bag is not worth the price at all. I could have bought a similar synthetic bag for half the price on Etsy. Very disappointing experience.
