FOR US BUYERS: I am operating in the Delivery Duty Paid regime through my chosen courrier since 25th August, so you do not need to make customs clearance on those orders, the customs fees are paid for in advance. Please do your best to follow your parcels tracking to avoid misdelivery (you can even leave me your phone number in the note to make the delivery smoother), because the redelivery of missed parcels will be much more costly for you due to the new tariffs.

IMPORTANT: PLEASE FOLLOW THE TRACKING OF YOUR ORDER. It is the best way to stay informed about the parcel's movement, especially in case your mail man leaves it at the post office or at your neighbour's. By following the tracking closely you can avoid missing parcels stored in pickup points and returning back.

I'll update your order with your tracking number within 1 business day after dispatching the parcel. I use different postal services, not all of them are integrated with Etsy tracking, so I will post your personal tracking link in the tracking note, which you can use outside of Etsy, so you will always able to follow the tracking.

For international tracking please don't be surprised that there is no tracking update for a longer period of time after leaving origin country - it takes time to reach the destination country, and there are not many tracking entries in between leaving the country and reaching the destination country.

Canada does not share international tracking information on registered airmail up to 2 kg, so the tracking will not update after reaching the canadian borders.
Customers from Netherland and Germany should especially closely follow the tracking, since PostNL and Hermes often leave parcels in outlet points to pick up, and unless you do so in time, they will return back unclaimed.
