5 out of 5 starsBlown away with the quality of the stitching of the design. (and the fact that it is not printed or stuck on, it is actually stitched into the bag.) It is clearly made to last. There was a problem with the spelling on the bag, but the response from the seller was lightning fast and the replacement could not have been quicker. Mistakes happen, but the way they are dealt with speaks volumes about the company. Top marks for quality, craftmanship and customer care. Very happy to recommend.
