Do you offer fully custom designs?
We can do just about any design you find or purchase online. You can order from any of our custom listings that can be found in the "Design Your Own!" section on our Etsy shop.
Make sure to review all of the images on the listings for information regarding engravable space, dimensions, images we can and cannot use, etc.
We can also engrave your own items if you are able to bring on ship them to us. Email us at hello@everythingetched.com for more information on our engraving services.
What is etching?
We etch glass using a laser, which scratches the surface of the glass. It cannot engrave into the glass or go deeper below the surface. By nature, it is semitransparent. It will always look best against dark colors. It cannot be done in color. Since it is scratching the glass, it is natural to have some inconsistencies around the edges. It is a permanent effect and will not wash or wipe off over time, which makes it dishwasher safe.
When will my order arrive?
Orders within the U.S. usually arrive within 6 - 10 business days. If you need it sooner you can purchase a shipping upgrade at checkout. We do our absolute best to guarantee these arrival times, however we cannot control delays in the actual shipping service. If you have purchased an upgrade and it did not arrive in time due to a fault in PRODUCTION time, we will refund the upgraded shipping charge.
Want to make changes to any of our designs?
We'd be happy to do that for you. Changes to the design require a small personalization fee for each item. Add the listing below to your cart when you check out. On the cart page, you can enter your personalization notes under "Note to MrandMrsAZ".

I didnt receive a design proof?!
Our designers only send proofs on orders with fully custom designs or when a design proof is specifically requested. Occasionally they will send a proof when the personalization information on the order seems off to them so you can double-check the design before sending it to production.
Occasionally our design proof emails will be sent to spam so make sure to check there if you have not gotten a design email within 24 hours of ordering.
All designs will be force approved within 48 hours of that 1st email being sent to ensure we can still ship out orders in time to comply with Etsys deadlines.
Want to add a backside etching?
We'd be happy to do that for you. Adding a backside does require a small fee PER GLASS. Add the listing below to your cart when you check out. On the cart page, you can enter your personalization notes under "Note to MrandMrsAZ".

Some of our listings do have a dropdown that will allow you to select "Add text to backside" so you don't have to add a separate item to your cart.
Bulk Ordering
We do offer bulk pricing on orders of 12 or more of the same item with the same design.
If you are wanting each item to have the same design with different names that will still qualify for bulk pricing but will be $1.50 extra per glass for those name changes.
If you are interested in ordering in bulk please message us with the following information so we can quote you out appropriately.
- Which of our items you are wanting to order in bulk.
- Which design you would like engraved.
- Quantity you are interested in ordering.
- We are local to Arizona so let us know if these will need to be shipped and if so to what zip code.
- The date you would want them to arrive to you.
