Q: When should I expect to receive my item?
A: Processing time will be listed on each item under "Shipping". After the item is made, I will place your order in the mail. Arrival times vary with location. Express shipping can be requested, please message me for details.
Q: Where can I find my "Ship By" date?
A: Once a purchase has been completed and marked as paid, buyers can see a "ships by" date on their Receipt page.
Q: Can you make the pillow covers in a different size?
A: Absolutely. Just message me about your preference and I will help you out. There may be an additional cost or a price reduction depending on the size.

Q: I can't find a listing with my state. What should I do?
A: The listing linked below has a dropped down menu for all 50 states (including Washington DC). You can view the designs in the item photos. http://etsy.me/2eNPcCs
Q: I want a color of piping or thread (floss) that is not pictured. What should I do?
A: I would love to help you find the perfect color. Please message me what color you want. Even better, send me an example or the item you are trying to match it to (use good lighting). This may extend the processing time.

Q: I want to add customized wording, names, or quotes to the front or back of my pillow cover. How do I go about this?
A: Message me or request a custom order and describe what you want. Customizations like this are an additional cost starting at $15 and may increase depending on size and complexity.
Q: I want to add patterned or colored fabric to the back of my pillow. What options do you have? A: My inventory of fabric is always changing. Message me for an updated photo of my fabrics. I usually have several neutral options and several brightly colored options. I would be happy to purchase a new fabric to compliment your order. This is an additional cost.

Q: Do you offer a prints in sizes other than 8x10?
A: Yes. I can resize the file to any size you would like. Just message me which design and which size you like, and I will get a custom order set up for you. Resizing is an additional charge of $1 per print.
Q: Can you add a heart over the city I live in?
A: Absolutely! Just message me the city you would like the heart over and I will add it. I will set up a custom listing for you to purchase. Adding a heart is an additional charge of $1 per heart, per print.
Q: I want the print to say something other than the state name, can you change this? A. Yes. Just message me what you would like it to say, and I will create a custom listing for you to purchase. This is an additional cost.

Q: I like the style of your prints, but I don't see the scripture I want. Do you take requests?
A: Yes. Custom requests for scripture prints start at $19.99. Feel free to let me know what style, font, or illustrations you would like to see in the design (or I can decide for you). Prints typically look best with shorter excerpts, but I don't have any limitations on length. I'll let you know what I think looks best.
Q: Do you offer designs with color?
A: Yes. Custom colors is an additional charge starting at $1 per print.
