I did have a problem with the item. Due to a shipping issue a piece was badly broken. I give the item a 2 or 3, but I give the seller a 5. She was very communicative with me before and after the sale. I asked for a partial refund and she was very willing to do that. She treated me very well. I only asked for a $9 refund and she gave me a $15, which was very generous. I would highly recommend this shop.
