I'm not happy with the colors of my fabric item and want to return it, will you accept returns?
If you receive your items and the color is not to your satisfaction, I will do my best to determine if the item is defective from the printer. If it simply a matter or taste or dislike of a color, then I am unable to accept returns. The majority of my items are made to order and are made by print on demand manufacturing. I do not keep inventory on hand of these items and they are produced when you place an order.
Please read the listing information carefully and if you are unsure of the colors on a particular item please message me and I can send you additional information regarding the colors or design. Also be aware there may be variation in color and patterns due to the printing process or item it is printed on.
Handmade watercolors arrive damaged or defective?
If your handmade watercolors have any defects such as sticking to packaging or arrive damaged in any way please contact me via Etsy messaging and I am happy to exchange or return items. Please send photos to me if there are any defects. I strive to provide high quality paints and if you are unhappy for any reason I want to make it right!
Grab bags are not always finished pans or may have experiments I made so those may not be eligible for return or exchange.
