Ms. Boss Designs' products are made with love, so please handle them with care. We use various adhesives and materials that may not do well in warm climates above 75 degrees Fahrenheit and cold climates under 35 degrees Fahrenheit to create your personalized designs. We recommend storing your art pieces in dry, temperature-controlled areas when not in use.
All sales are final. Once your item has shipped, it may take 5-7 days to arrive via USPS. Tracking information will be provided if available. Due to the ongoing pandemic, we are not accepting returns or exchanges. In some circumstances, we do not issue refunds on shipping costs. If the item is damaged or missing, please contact your local USPS before contacting Ms. Boss Designs. If the item is damaged during shipping, please email a photo of the damaged item with a description of the damage to msbossdesigns.nj [!at] gmail.com or contact Ms. Boss Designs via Etsy Messenger.
If your damaged request is approved, the item will not be refunded, but instead, a replacement of the exact item will be shipped. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs unless stated otherwise.
