My bracelets are designed to be one size fits most. However, if you find that you need a smaller or larger size, please don't hesitate to contact me.

For Tightening:
• Gently pull on each end of the loose strings.
• You can either tie off the extra strings or leave them dangling. Avoid cutting or burning the excess string.

For Loosening:
• Gently pull on the sides of the bracelet to loose strings through the slip knot.
• Once it's loose enough, see if you've achieved a better fit.

NOTE: Do not excessively pull or tug at the strings or slip knot during the tightening process, as it may cause damage or even break the bracelet.

With proper care, these bracelets are designed to endure and provide lasting enjoyment.

• String, braided, and seed bead bracelets are water-resistant and perfect for showers and water activities. To maintain their durability, it's best to steer clear of lotions and perfumes.

• Handle them with TLC. Avoid any undue tugging or yanking, which could lead to breakage.

• Use mild soap and water, and lightly scrub away dirt or grime with your fingertips.

• Prevent immersing silver or gold charms in water, as it may lead to tarnishing. Keep your charms sparkling by cleaning them with a jewelry cloth.

Your order will be carefully packaged in a beige linen bag that can be used to store your new pieces, or for gift-giving. For their journey to you, your items are packaged with care in a bubble mailer to guarantee safe travels. While I don't currently offer custom gift wrapping, I warmly welcome gift messages. Your heartfelt message will be included in the package, adding a personal touch to your special delivery.

Most of the metal charms used to create my pieces are made of zinc alloy and will darken or discolor over time. To keep them looking their best, follow these care instructions:

• Storing jewelry in a ziplock bag or jewelry box, away from moisture and humidity.

• Clean your jewelry using a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and lukewarm water. Rinse thoroughly with cool water and dry with a clean cloth to avoid tarnishing.

• To prevent tarnishing and discoloration, ensure your jewelry remains dry. Remove before swimming, bathing, or engaging in vigorous activities.

• Shield jewelry from direct sunlight exposure.

• Apply perfume, lotion, and other cosmetics before putting on your jewelry.

Yes, absolutely! Most of my wax corded bracelets can be resized to fit as anklets. Please note that anklet sizing requires additional materials, so there is a small $1.00 upcharge per piece. If you're interested in this option, just send me a message before or immediately after placing your order so I can adjust the length and provide a custom payment link for the sizing difference.
