Shipping Policy:
Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframes stated on each product listing (typically 1-3 business days for ready-made items; longer for made-to-order face casts and commissions).
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.
We ship via reliable carriers.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or weather.
Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the package is handed to the carrier.

Return Policy:
Already-Made Items Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued to the original payment method (original shipping fees are non-refundable).
Made-to-Order Face Casts and Custom orders.
These items are created specifically for you and are generally final sale.
If you cancel before production begins, a portion of any payments made may be retained to cover administrative time.
If you cancel after production has started, we will retain a percentage of payments received based on time spent and materials used (typically 50–100%). Any remaining balance will be refunded.
Once the finished item has been shipped, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
We will arrange a replacement, or refund at our discretion.
