I never received it so escalating it to Etsy and calling my credit card company.

I ordered this for my mom and there were some delays but the seller communicated with me and even sent a free gift box. Such a great gift!

Ordered a plate back in January and still haven’t received it Tried to email and it says system failure so don’t order from them

I haven't received this. When I messaged the owner she eventually wrote me back and I understand the delay but I asked if my orders couldn't go out by the end of February then I wanted a refund. I've not heard back.

I ordered December 13 and still have not gotten my product. Very poor customer service.

I haven't received this or the other item I ordered from her. After inquiring about my order, she eventually responded and explained the delay. I replied back and haven't heard anything. I would like a refund on my items, please.

I never received my order and ended up escalating the case with Etsy to get a refund. Jen communicated a bit at the beginning but then went silent. I truly hope she and her family are OK; she mentioned having COVID.

Never received ornaments!

I bought this in December and it’s February and still haven’t received it.

I would buy these items again, but definitely leave at least 2 months for creation and shipping. that was the biggest frustration
