What is RIGHT-HANDED and what is LEFT-HANDED mug?
*RIGHT-HANDED MUG: When you hold it in your RIGHT HAND design is towards outside. When you hold it in your LEFT HAND, design is faced to you.
*LEFT-HANDED MUG: When you hold it in your RIGHT HAND design is faced to you. When you hold it in your LEFT HAND, design will be towards outside.
How to request CUSTOM GRAPHIC on mug?
Please send me convo with your graphic attached. It should be high resolution file, good quality graphic on white background. It can be jpg, png or vector file in pdf.
I will check and confirm engraving possibility before order.
Can I have COLOR GRAPHIC on mug?
Currently no, because my mugs are not printed but engraved. Only dark grey/almost black engraving is possible, with all grey shades. Something like black&white photo.
No problem to change your color graphic into b&w. I can show you how it looks like on mockup.
Can I use your mugs in MICROWAVE?
Absolutelly not! My mugs are enamel METAL mugs, so like all metal things you cannot use them in microwave! Metal things may burn or even explode in microwave.
