Gift wrapping and packaging
Individual & double mug orders are sent out in their own shatterproof mug box, orders of 3 & over are usually sent out in their own individual box and then packaged in a larger double walled box. Unfortunately because of our packaging, we are unable to offer a gift wrapping service. Travel Mugs & Tumblers are sent out in their own box within a packaging box so they can be wrapped by yourself once received. Coaster orders are in cellophane packaging and then placed in their own box for sending.
Custom and personalised orders
On some of our listings we are able to offer an option for it to be personalised, if there is a listing that doesn't have this option but you would like it personalised, please send me a message & I can see if I am able to do it for you.
We do accept custom orders but please message me to discuss this.

Mugs - 11oz capacity, 94mm x 82mm
Travel Mugs - 14oz capacity, 155 x 85 mm
Tumblers - 20oz capacity, 73mm x 21mm
Coasters - 90mm x 90mm
Care instructions
We recommend that the mugs, travel mugs and tumblers are hand washed, this will ensure that the design stays as vibrant as the day you received it. The mugs are able to go in the dishwasher but by doing so you are risking the design fading or even the specialised sublimation coating to come off over time. Unfortunately we will not be responsible for the design fading if this has been in the dishwasher.
Coasters should be wiped down with a damp cloth.
Delivery
All our items are sent out via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 services (you are able to choose which you would prefer). A tracking number will be sent out to you once the item has been dispatched (usually after 1-3 days but may vary during busier periods), with this tracking number you are able to see the parcels whereabouts and change the delivery if needs be. There will also be a delivery notification with photo & map coordinates once it has been delivered.
If the item is returned to us for whatever reason, missed collection or wrong address, then you will need to purchase another postage label in order for us to resend it back out to you.
