This is why we exist. And we do this through our medicine.
The medicine we make is something we hold as beautiful, sacred, and powerful. Some of it is meant to be cleansing, some to be grounding, nourishing, protective. All of it is meant for you to use as a tool to take care of yourself in some way, in some form. To create a ritual of self care; whether it’s slathering yourself in body butter, stimulating your taste buds with a bitters formula, or calming your nerves with a hot cup of tea. It’s all done in the same spirit.
We want you to take care of yourself & feel really good about it. Which is why our medicine offers you support. Support from the self, support from the plants, and support from the process.
It all starts with you. Your decision to take care of yourself- your body, your mind, your spirit. Your decision to listen to what your body is saying. It’s about instilling and strengthening self love and self confidence. That’s the first step.
