Sharing Creativity
I began my shop after experimenting with multiple forms of art. Drawing was my passion as a child. As I grew older, I was exposed to other manner of multimedia, such as painting, scrap-booking, card-making, creating canvas wall decor and more.
After being able to research home decorating tips, Do-It-Yourself (DIY) projects, re-purposing and recycling materials, I wanted to expand my knowledge and artistic skill set to accommodate my growing interest. I have seen and fell in love with the way the media has provided a way of sharing ideas on a budget.
I found I wanted to make and create things I saw on videos, but did not have the money to initially invest in the tools or supplies it took to make them. I discovered that other artistic savvy people felt the same way and began selling things with the tools they had. That helped me with my projects tremendously. I wanted to do the same. So I used the tools I had, made supplies, and reciprocated the process. I coupled it with my love for vintage and collectible items.
I took what I learned in the art world as well as utilized my business sense and opened up my shop, hence I am now sharing creativity.
