Do you offer custom and personalized orders?

If you have a vision I am happy to bring it into reality. Email me and I’ll work with you to make your custom order. Custom sizes are also possible.

How do I know what size to get?

▹ Wrap a tailor's measuring tape around the base of the wrist where the bones are widest (the boney protrusion where the arm bones end).

▹ With the tape pulled snug with no slack, measure around the base of the arm bones, not around the flexible, mobile part of your wrist.

▹ If you don't have a tailor's tape, use a non-stretchy string or ribbon to measure your wrist, placing your measurement against a ruler or standard measuring tape.

▹ For a snug fit, add 1/4" to 1/2”; for a more comfortable fit, add 3/4" to 1”; and for a looser fit, add 1 1/4”.

▹ All bracelets are priced for 7.5 inch bracelets. Custom sizing is available. Please note that additional beads may need to be added or beads removed in order to meet custom size.

Are there special care instructions?

Your bracelet has been lovingly handcrafted for both beauty and durability. To prolong the life of your piece, be mindful.

▹ Store your piece flat rather than hanging.

▹ Avoid exposure to harsh conditions, extreme temperatures, and extended sunlight.

▹ Avoid contact with water and perfume.

How is the product packaged?

Your bracelet will arrive in bubble wrap lined mailers or a box for larger orders. It will be wrapped in a jewelry baggie to prevent exposure to moisture during shipping. The packaging materials are reused or repurposed and I encourage you to reuse these materials too.

Do you sell wholesale?

If you are a retail store and wish to sell Mumbles and Things jewelry please direct your inquiries to etsy conversation.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

Do you offer refunds and exchanges?

I take great care in making, packaging and shipping my items, but if after receiving an item you are not 100% satisfied, or feel the item isn't as described, you are welcome to contact me to arrange a return for an exchange. Sorry, I do not offer refunds.

My purchase broke, will you fix it?

In the event that an item is damaged within 30 days of purchase, I am happy to repair or exchange your item. To do this, I need to have the item shipped back to me in its original protective packaging. Upon receipt of the item I will repair the item or, if beyond repair, offer a replacement. After 30 days a labor fee of $15 will be required to repair the item.
