Custom and personalized orders

❓ As we offer personalized products - We always send digital proofs via Etsy messages before manufacturing the product!
If the customer doesn't answer and doesn't approve it for 2 days - we have to make and send the product, according to deadlines.
💡 For the personalized order, please message us on Etsy and we will discuss your requirements and answer your questions as soon as possible.
✔️ After making the digital preview of the future product - You approve all details and we will provide the link to your unique custom order and after the purchase, we proceed to manufacturing.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All our products have a reliable package:
✔️ Items come in a protective case which is wrapped in craft paper. Inside eco boxes, there are additional protection layers to protect from all transporting damages.

📦 The standard package is a brown box with our logo on the cover with a string bow with NO price tags or advertisement cards included.

🎁 You may add gift wrapping during the checkout: mark the order as a gift and select the option "add gift wrapping"

Sizing details

We offer products in standard sizes as indicated in the photos and descriptions. If you need a specific size, please share your measurements with us and we will be delighted to assist you by calculating and processing a custom order for you.

Standard Shipping Orders Tracking Issues

⏳ Our Standard Shipping takes 10-14 business days.

❓ When your order is sent, but the tracking status doesn't update for a few days, please, don't worry! It usually takes 4-7 days to arrive at the UPS/ FedEx post office for registration.
⌚ During this period, the order is given the status “Pre transit - The shipper created a label, UPS has not received the package yet"- it means that the package moves from our country - to the UPS or FedEx post office.
✔️ After these days, the status of your order updates, and it usually takes 3-4 days to arrive at your address.

📩 If you have any questions about the shipping procedure, package location, or delay, do not hesitate to contact us, and we will answer you ASAP.

⏳ Delay, Damage & Loss of Parcel

We take full responsibility for our products, shipping & delivery.

⏳ In case of the DELAY - (if You have noticed that the parcel is on the way more than 14 BUSINESS DAYS for standard shipping and more than 8 BUSINESS DAYS for express shipping method) please, check your tracking number indicated on the order page and contact your local UPS/FedEx department to get more specific information about your parcel status.
🔎 Or contact us and we will help to figure out the situation with the parcel You as soon as possible.

🚨 In case of any DAMAGE during delivery or LOSS of the parcel, we send a new product in a few days by express shipping.

Return/Exchange of the order

🚨 Personalized and custom products can not be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items.
🚨 If the customer decides that he/she doesn't need the item anymore (due to any personal reasons), while it is already on the way to the receiver, we can not cancel or stop the delivery process or make the refund.

✔️ The solution - the receiver may refuse the parcel when he receives the order. It is absolutely free and the item will be disposed of in the US warehouse.
