I didn’t need customer service but the vender did reach out when he thought that perhaps the shipping was taking awhile I suck at anything PC and usually struggle with understanding the instructions.The instructions for this were very well thought out and covered every scenario that I may encounter so setup was essentially a breeze because of this.
