5 out of 5 starsOrdered 3 for our family photo for Christmas and they came out great. Love the quality of the sweatshirts, they're very soft and warm and have washed well too. There was an error where 1 sweatshirt was missing from the order but we got the corrected.

✨ Sizing details
Every listing includes a size chart for your peace on mind!
What we recommend, is taking a similar article of clothing, that you already own and love the fit of and
comparing those measurements to the size chart!
This will ensure the BEST fit. :)
✨ Order Changes and Cancellation Policy
All our items are made to order.
Please reach out as soon as possible if you would like to cancel or change your order. We happily accept size and color change requests as long as your order has not yet gone into production.
The window to cancel your order after placing it, really depends on the time of year and what our processing time looks like. Once your order has been processed and gone into production it cannot be canceled.
✨ Lost or Stolen Package
In the event of a lost or stolen package, please reach out to us as soon as possible for assistance.
If the package is marked as delivered, we first recommend checking your mailbox and with neighbors.
If the package is still missing please contact your local shipping carrier/post office.
If the item is deemed lost or stolen we will be more than happy to replace it. :)
✨ Handling of Wrong or Damaged Products
We are so sorry to hear when a customer has received a incorrect or damaged product.
Please reach out to us within a week of delivery with images of the item, your order number, and a description of the issue.
We will work with you to quickly find the best solution.
✨ Return and Refund Policy:
We accept returns and exchanges for manufacturing defects.
If your item has production issues, please do not wash it, take photos of the damage/issue, and contact us within 24 hours to find a resolution.
Refunds are exclusively granted for wrong or damaged items.
Please message us with images of the incorrect or damaged items within 14 days of delivery and we will be more than happy to either refund or exchange the item.
