Care instructions
Please, don't wash your jewelry in the washing machine and avoid long contact with water, lotions or parfumes.
Glass gold and silver plated beads may fade or lose its color with time because of its nature.
Shipping
Standart shipping is an italian priority post. There's a shipping number that shows only when the pack was sent, without tracking! Don't worry about "pre-transit" status, it's not accurate.
If you want to track the parcel - use "With a tracking number" shipping option.
Choose "Express for American countries" if you're from USA.
Please note, that "Express for European countries" is ONLY for orders from Europe!
Sizing details
All bracelets fits every size.
Cord bracelets have a sliding clasp, and if it's too long you can easily make it shorter. Ask me if you need a guide.
Chain bracelets have an extension chain.

Problems with shipping
Please, make sure you gave the right address with a number of house, full name and surname! We are not responsible for shippings with incomplete address or any delays caused by customs or postal problems.
But if your pack won't arrive in 35 business days we can consider it as lost in post and send it again!
It can be also refunded except the cost of the shipping.
