Gift wrapping and packaging
We will gift wrap your packaging with appropriate paper per occassion you reqeust along with a small card with your message included.
What is vintage and how is it marked?
Generally speaking if the item is no older than an antique (>100 years old) but not less than 20 years, it falls under the term vintage. An item being vintage it is old and pre-owned. Due to it's age vintage items may have some degree of age related wear and imperfections. When the Items are marked Like New that means they are in perfect mint condition. Items that have no chips, cracks or crazing, are marked as Excellent. For items that show signs of wear due to everyday use, and marks, chips they are marked as Great. Very good condition items have larger signs of wear, like minor scratches, scuffing, crazing or chips. Good condition items shows use, flaws, significant wear. Fair items show very significant wear, cracks, scratches, etc.
What if my article arrived damaged?
If the purchased item is damaged in mailing, which rarely happens, the following will take place for items that have shipping included.
Contact shop owner immedietely upon receipt of the damaged article, provide them with images and proof of damage. Box, article and all the items included, bubble wrap, labeling on the box.
You will be required to RETAIN the damaged article and container (including packaging, wrapping, all contents received) until the claim is fully resolved. The retained items will need to be provided to your local post office for review.
If the shipping is included, the shop owner will file a claim, Upon receiving the decision from USPS you will be refunded for the purchase.
