All products offered are a precious metal, sterling silver or 14kt gold. If you don’t love your purchase, you may return or exchange your purchase. Being centrally located in Chicago helps to minimize shipping transit time to you. All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or USPS Global Priority Mail and you will receive and email from us with your package’s tracking information.
