Where do you ship?

Currently, I only sell and ship to customers within the United States.

What is your return policy?

I truly want you to love your order! If something isn’t quite right, I gladly accept returns and exchanges on most orders except for digital downloads or personalized products.

Here’s how it works:

Please contact me within 7 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please do not send the item back to the address on your package. That address belongs to my production partner and cannot accept returns.
Once you contact me, I’ll provide you with the correct return address and instructions.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect order?

If something isn’t quite right with your order, don’t worry—I’m here to help! Please reach out to me as soon as possible with a photo clearly showing the issue, and I’ll work with you to make it right. Whether that means sending a replacement or finding another suitable solution.

How are the items in your shop made?

Each physical item is made to order through trusted Print-on-Demand production partners.
This means your order is printed and assembled just for you after purchase — helping reduce waste and ensuring the best possible quality.
Every design is created or enhanced by me, and then produced by professional print facilities that specialize in high-quality printing and textile craftsmanship.

Do you accept order cancellations?

Yes, I do — but timing is important.
You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase, before your order begins production.
Once an item has entered the production process, I’m unable to cancel it since it’s custom made to order.
If you realize there’s an issue, please message me right away, and I’ll do my best to help.

What about digital downloads?

Digital items are available instantly after purchase.
You’ll receive a PDF file that includes a download link to access your artwork from Google Drive.
Because digital files are delivered immediately, returns or cancellations aren’t available for those purchases — but if you have trouble downloading or need assistance with file sizes, I’ll be more than happy to help.
