4 out of 5 starsThe final piece was crafted to perfection and I really appreciated that the seller immediately informed me of the damaged item during transit instead of leaving me wondering. The only minor discrepancy I found was the size, I expected the 50 cm to look a bit bigger, but this may just be my personal bias.

Custom and personalised orders
We do not accept returns on custom or personalised orders, if your order arrives broken or damaged, please contact us within 24 Hours and we will arrange for a replacement. Any items claimed they arrived broken after the 24 hours of being received, will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Care instructions
Please take extra care when handling your product. Most of our pieces are extremely fragile and need to be handled gently, we do not accept returns on pieces that are damaged or broken after receiving it with no problem.

Please use 3m Velcro strips to attached products to wall. Please use plenty of strips to allow for maximum strength to hold product on the wall. Again please handle with extreme care while attaching products to the wall.
Custom and personalised orders
We accept cancellations on orders up to 4 hours after order is placed, after this time frame we are unable to cancel any order.
Acrylic finishes
All of our pieces are hand designed by us then laser cut or burnt by our amazing machines, we do not mass produce or use external companies, please note that sometimes where the machine starts and finishes it can show up on the piece but this tiny indent does not affect the finish piece at all, this makes your piece a on of a kind and unique finish
