The team is absolutely amazing! Communication is fast and clear, I got numerous sketches to choose from and the puppet is a masterpiece. I ordered it for my husbands 40th birthday, and he's over the moon! Best present I ever got him!

The team went above and beyond my expectations!!! There are absolutely no words for how awesome they are and how talented the team is!!! I am a huge football ( soccer ) fan and my team is Arsenal and I asked them to do a Martin Ødegaard muppet for me, and they completely hit the target!! They hit ever single detail they worked closely with me to get it to what I envisioned it to be , they were as polite about it all as possible, they were so patient and understanding, they modified the things I wanted different and got back to me with the changes within a few days they were amazing!! I 10/10 would highly recommend their shop!! I’m even going to ask them for some more costume muppets very soon!! Love to the team I can’t wait to get started on my next dream project!!! Bo and the team were so helpful and responsive every step of the way, and talked me through every step of the puppet making process, even sending preliminary sketches I could take a look at. I know one is always a little worried about being scammed on Etsy but I hope to put your fears to ease with this shop. Bo and their team of expert and passionate puppet makers delivered to me an amazing puppet. my partner has had a love for the Muppets since child hood and I thought this year for Christmas why not turn her into one and this team made that thought a reality my partner loved her puppet and even took it to work today to show it off. Be patient,its a process, work with this team dont expect it immediately, trust me it was worth the wait.

I came across this amazing puppet maker, MyCustompuppet, and decided to commission a custom puppet as a gift for a friend. Bo and the team were incredibly professional and responsive throughout the entire process. I had some very specific requests and ideas at the time, and I wasn’t sure if they could bring them to life—but they absolutely did. They also came up with so many ideas during the design process which really impressed me. When it comes to build quality, their puppets are well-crated using durable, and high-quality materials. I will definitely be coming back for the second one.
