Custom and personalized orders
Dear customers, I can work to order.
To do this, contact me on the Etsy website. We will discuss all the details and price during the correspondence. Then I will create a new product in my store with your order (there will be a description and the price we agreed on). You will have to buy it. After purchase, download the archive with the secret code. Tell me the secret code and I'll start working on your order.
Why download the archive? In my store this is a standard procedure. When you pay and download the archive it means that you confirm your order.
What if I mistakenly purchased the same product twice?
Don't worry, you can get any other product from my store for free (read all the conditions below). This will be considered as instead of a second identical product.
To receive additional goods you need:
1. Give me a link to the product
2. After that I will send you the archive to the e-mail address
3. When you receive the archive, let me know. It is necessary for me to know that everything is fine.
!!!IMPORTANT
For example, if you chose a product for $ 4.5, and the previous one (where you bought two identical ones) cost $ 2, then you need:
1. Give me a link to the product
2. I will create an Individual order for the amount of the difference - $ 2.5 and add an archive to the order.
