When my kids were little, for 5 years I woke up at 5 AM every single day to gain those precious 2 hours of focused work before they woke up. This wasn't about working more—it was about working smarter so I could be fully present with my children in the afternoons and evenings.
That experience taught me that organization isn't just helpful for mom entrepreneur: it's absolutely essential.
