Soy candles are different from standard paraffin candles, in that there is a certain way to burn the candle to get the most out of it.
1. The first burn must melt the wax all the way to the sides of the jar, with about 1/4" - 1/2" melt pool. This is called setting the candle. It also allows the most fragrance to be released.
2. Should only burn approximately 3 hours each time.
3. Since we use natural ingredients (soy wax and a cotton wick), you can run into an issue at times. If the candle wants to burn down the middle, then blow out the candle, dump some wax out, and relight. This is due to the wicks variation. It should work after that.
4. Clean up spills with soap and water.
I don't like the smell of the candles. Can I return them?
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for any reasons. We recommend purchasing the sample pack we have so you can familiarize yourself with the scents we offer before you purchase your candles. Here is a link to the sample pack:

Also understand, just because you have a scent you don't like does not mean a customer will not like it. Everyone has different scents they prefer, so it is OK to have some candles in your offerings to meet everyone's needs.

We offer plenty of wholesale packages. All of the packages come with FREE SHIPPING and must be purchased in the case quantities shown in the listing.
Depending on the size of the order and where it is going, we will determine if we ship USPS Priority or FedEx Ground.
What if my order shows "Delivered" and I did not receive it?
If your order shows as delivered but is not received please contact the shipping carrier directly. Once an order leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of the shipping carrier and out of our control. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location to prevent lost or stolen packages. We are not responsible for and will not reship or refund orders that show as delivered. If your order shows "delivered" but is not received, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve any delivery issues - USPS at 1-800-222-1811 or your local post office or FedEX at 1-800-463-3339. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for lost/missing packages that have been successfully delivered to the address provided with your order
