POLICIES:

PAYMENT / SHIPPING
I always require full payment prior to shipping your item.
I accept payments via Debit/Credit card, PayPal and Etsy gift cards.
All packages are shipped via USPS first class and come with tracking.
I have expedited shipping options.
Orders are shipped out everyday except Sundays and Holidays.

RETURNS
Returns can be a case by case situation. If you are highly unsatisfied by your purchase, PLEASE message me right away. I personally feel I represent my items as accurately as I can. If you notice a listing is missing a detail that you would like to know further about, feel free to reach out and ask! I prefer not to do cancellations and returns as Etsy is my source of income. Should we come to terms with a return, I require the item(s) to be sent back and a tracking number provided. Thank you.
*I am not accepting returns on "CLEARANCE" items at this time.*
Due to tax, shipping and Etsy fees I prefer not to accept cancellations or returns. I do my best to provide the most accurate detail and description of each item. Should you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask them. I am here to help, so ask away if need be! I receive etsy conversations just like a regular text message, so I am able to respond ASAP.

LOSSES
Unfortunately, I have no control if an item gets lost in transit. Once I have done my job to send the item with USPS it is no longer in my possession. Therefore I will not be held responsible for a loss. You can always contact me for the items whereabouts; and I will call the mail carrier myself. You are more than welcome check with the tracking number provided or call yourself if you like. I will always call, no matter what, in case of a loss/misplaced item. There will ALWAYS be a tracking number for your item.
Since I typically only ever make one of each item in my shop and should your item truly get lost in transit (meaning it doesn't show up marked as "delivered") I can refund you half the amount of what I have received after tax, shipping and Etsy fees.

RESERVATIONS
See something you like but you're waiting until payday? I will reserve for you, however if the item(s) are not purchased after 14 days they will be put back in my shop for the public.

If you have any negative feedback (3 stars or less) please send me a private message before you leave a review, and I will contact you ASAP to do what I can to help! I am small, one business woman shop, meaning all my customers get my undivided attention! I want to do the best job I can for you!

PHOTOS
Please know that all jewelry photos have been taken in natural lighting. I do my best to get the most natural colors of the gemstones I photograph; however colors may slightly vary according to the monitor you happen to be using and your brightness settings.
