Mommy of Three!
I have been surrounded by creative women all my life. My mother and my grandmother could sew just about anything. They would help me make barbie clothes and things for my dolls, they had an unbelievable amount of patience.
Fast forward a few years, I was expecting my first child, and that is when I fell in love with quilting. I could not find anything I loved for my daughter room, so I decided to make my own! After making all 3 of my children's bedding and lots of handmade gifts for friends and family, I decided to take a leap of faith and give Etsy a shot.
I first opened My Little Homemade Shop (previously Made With Love Bedding) in September of 2012. My shop was empty a lot of the time, I was working full time, and had 3 little ones under the age of 5. In December of 2014, our family relocated to Arizona. I had planned to take a year off to help our family adjust. In that year, I dedicated all my spare time to my etsy shop. That 1 year off turned into having my own business. My Little Homemade Shop is something that I am very proud of. With a husband that is my biggest fan and 3 amazing kids that also cheer me on, I have been able to stay home with my children and still help support or family. All while doing what I love.
