5 out of 5 starsThis mobile was the perfect finishing touch for my daughter’s room. It is beautifully made and high quality. The only issue we had was the arm didn’t fit because of the shape of the top of our crib- it will not work if there is an extra piece of wood along the top between the top of the crib and the rails. Not sure how common that design is but we were able to get a different arm and are still very happy with our purchase.

Order processing time
Your order will be made and shipped in 2 weeks.
Shipping
I send packages all over the world. All packages have a registration number, so you can track it in the Post tracking system throughout the entire shipment route.
Delivery takes around 2-4 weeks all over the world. (Exceptions are possible for reasons beyond my control in the work of postal services)
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes charged in accordance with the laws of their country. These fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Returns and exchange details
You can return your item within 14 days after arrival - please write to me if you are not happy with your purchase
In case of a cancellation or return the return shipment is paid by the BUYER. The package must be securely packed. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
After receiving the parcel, I'll refund you the order cost. Please note, that shipping cost is NOT refunded.
Please note, cancellation and returns of personalized and custom items is NOT possible.
Lost and Returned packages
If your items didn't arrive within 45 days, contact me and I will log an investigation through my National postal operator Ukrposhta. If the package is officially recognized lost, 100% refund is guaranteed.
If the package is returned due to being unclaimed, I can send it once again after I recieve the package. The buyer responsible for re-shipping cost.
If the package requires re-shipment due to an incorrect address (or any reason), the buyer is responsible for paying the subsequent reshipment fees.
Safety and Care
My items are intended for decorative purposes only and is not a toy. It should be securely placed out of reach of children to ensure their safety.
My items are not washable but are easy to clean with a sticky roller, steam iron or a soft soaked brush.
