When Maria first started out, her passion for creating crystal jewelry and candles that could help others feel better and happier drove her to action, intense research, and gave her the impetus to turn hard work and inspiration into to a booming online store. We now serve customers all over the US .

Frequently asked questions
Where is my order?
Every order is shipped via the United States Postal Service. When your order is packed and weighed a label is then generated. You are emailed a tracking number with which you are able to track the progress of your package. If your package says Delivered but you did not receive it, please contact your local post office asap! Sometimes a package is scanned incorrectly and will most likely show up the following day.
If your package is lost, a store credit will be issued to you after 30 days showing no movement on its USPS tracking.
Orders marked as delivered by USPS cannot be credited.

Returns and Exchange Details
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase and if you find that you are not, just e-mail us and we will make every effort to correct the problem.
The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if an item isn't returned in its original condition.
If we cannot make you happy, we DO offer a return policy allowing you to return items in NEW condition within 14 business days. Refund will be of product cost BEFORE shipping charges. We do refund shipping charges if the mistake was ours.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Free shipping will be offered if your order value is over $35, there may be options available depending on the order's weight and your location. We do not know this amount so please proceed to checkout to see what options are available.

Please double-check the address you select upon checkout. We pull all shipping information directly from Etsy, so we are not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING:
My Magic Place uses USPS First Class/ Priority Mail shipping for Domestic Shipping. The Domestic Shipping fee includes USPS Tracking. If you'd like insurance on your order, ask and we can add it.
