How do I upload my file?
After purchase, you'll receive the Canva download link for your file in your personal mailbox. Don't forget to update it.
You can also find the link in the “Purchase and Reviews” section of your personal Etsy space. If you encounter any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us.
What can I customize in my template?
All texts are editable, allowing you to customize your template to suit your needs 100%. Text fonts, sizes and background colors can also be changed to suit your tastes. Please note that, as we produce our own graphic elements, their colors cannot generally be modified.
I've printed my design, but the colors seem to be different, why is that?
Colors may vary on your screen and in print due to differences in screen settings and/or the printer used. Please check with your print shop or carry out a test print at home before printing several models.
Which paper should I use for printing?
For quality rendering, especially for invitations and menus, we recommend using paper with a minimum weight of 120 gsm.
