I have enjoyed creating all my life but shortly after my daughter turned 2, I discovered scrapbooking. Over twenty eight years later, I enjoy it more than ever! Through the years I served on online and on local scrapbook store design teams, where I learned to create without a set of photos to get me started. That combined with teaching classes, inspired me as I found excitement and joy watching others re-create what I created for them. Several years ago, the thought came to me to try and sell a few kits. SallyC Studio was created and I spend as much of my free time creating new items to sell.
I focus on 4x6 or 4x4 photo mats as I find that's my favorite size to scrap. I also started with double layouts for some local groups who prefer that style. You will find I love patterned paper and use several prints on each layout. I love to layer them up and commonly use twine, ribbon, buttons, flowers and die cut titles. My latest project is a junk journaling/traveler's notebooks. I love the smaller format and the chance to use smaller photos to tell my story.
