Do you accept returns or cancellations
Due to the nature of these products (digital files), we do not accept returns or cancellations. Please ask all questions before an order is placed. We will gladly work with you until you are satisfied with your design.
How can I access my delivery?
For PREMADE/DIY templates, you will receive an email from either Corjl or Canava with your access link to your editable file!
If you still don't see your order, please check your account under Purchases & Reviews to download. https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases
PLEASE contact us if you have issues or don't see your files. We are always happy to help.
Custom and personalized orders
You can change colors to match your brand, and you can change the text. You can also add your own photos and backgrounds in most cases! Please use remove.bg to remove the background for your photos.
In some cases, you may not be able to change certain text effects or backgrounds. If you'd like me to edit anything like this, I will be happy to assist!
When will I receive my CUSTOM logo?
CUSTOM logos (not to be confused with our DIY/PREMADE logos) will be sent to you within 3 business days to your Etsy registered email. Please check your spam folder just in case, and contact us if you still don't see it.
Can I use your items for commercial use?
Our items are strictly for your PERSONAL business use. You may NOT purchase one of my items with the purpose of reselling it to a customer. This is strictly prohibited and monitored. You may NOT sell, distribute or giveaway any of my items even if modified.

Our templates are for your personal use only. They cannot be shared, distributed or resold.
Some of our templates include a photo. Please review the item description to determine if photos are included with your template.
If your template includes a photo of a person, it cannot be used in any way that is offensive or where that identifiable person may appear in a bad light.
