This rainbow sign is absolutely perfect for my daughter’s rainbows and unicorns bedroom. It did take a while to ship but the seller was very responsive and it was definitely worth the wait! It is beautiful and very high quality (solid wood). Highly recommend!!

There are a couple of reasons that I am only giving 2 stars: the overall quality of the product, and the length of time it took for the order. I ordered a sign from this company 4 years ago and loved the product! It was well made and exactly what I had ordered. It’s still hanging in my son’s room. This time, however, we had a totally different experience. Our order took about two weeks longer than expected (with no notification of delay) and when it arrived, it was poorly assembled and parts of the design were missing. The seller quickly responded and agreed to send a new sign. Once that sign arrived, the design was correct, but the quality was very poor and very disappointing. The total process took four months. This business has outgrown its ability to provide a quality product.

The item itself is beautiful, which is the only reason I gave this 2 stars. The customer service and shipping deserve zero stars. The sign I ordered did not ship until a month after the original ship date. It took almost THREE months for me to receive my order. When I ordered there was a 2 month wait period, which I was fine with, but there was no communication from the seller about being late with my order until I reached out. When I originally ordered the sign, I needed it by Aug 1 (3 weeks after the originally estimated arrival date - which was 2 months after my original order) and after messaging the seller 3 different times, I finally found out the sign wasn’t even finished. Needless to say, I did not receive the item in time and was extremely disappointed in this whole process and wish I’d just ordered from anyone else.

Well. I honestly can’t say anything good. I ordered this in early May. I needed it for a baby shower June 26th. I messaged the seller about rush shipping and they never responded. The item should have been shipped by now according to the Etsy estimate (it hasn’t shipped). I’m incredibly disappointed. This was a gift for my nephews room as he is going to be a rainbow baby after his big sister passed away. Each color was picked represented people that love him and his sister. I’m just beyond disappointed and sad.

Item was to be here June 16-26, as of now I haven’t received it. Wrote the seller June 28 and said it will be shipped soon. Heard nothing more about it so far. Speed of Delivery of merchandise is bad.
