My Print/card deck arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your item arrives damaged, please reach out to us! We will happily exchange and swap out your items if they arrive bent, damaged, or harmed in anyway. We want you to be happy, and will make sure to correct this issue. We do our best in packaging to make sure that we can avoid damage, but sometimes accidents happen while shipping.
So please just reach out, and we will happily assist :)
I need this by a certain date, can that happen?
If you would like to make sure an item arrives before a certain time, please just let us know!
