How do I personalise my item?
You can add customisation details to the notes when you place an order. This can be anything you think may be important to create your item.
How do I send my picture?
Your image can be sent via the 'contact seller' tab/via etsy message.
Please include your order number so I am able to link it too your order. Pleased do not send via other social media platforms as they may be missed.
How long is delivery?
Current Turnaround and Delivery times are written in the shop introduction. Please read.
Can I track my item?
Tracking information may not be included in your dispatch email, as parcels are shipped using a drop and go method. Your tracking information will be sent via message afterwards. If for whatever reason this is not received, please do give me a quick message and I will forward your tracking on. All international items and express items are shipped tracked and signed.
I want to ship my item to a friends address, How can I do this?
If you would like to ship to an alternative address, please edit the address before checking out as this cannot be changed once finalised.
I want to add my photograph when I receive my item, how can I do this?
Your item will arrive with the polaroid part of the frame empty. You can then easily attach your regular photograph via the back of the frame
What card do you use?
The entire picture is printed onto high quality gloss 250gsm card stock. This includes your image.
How do I know if my photograph will be good enough quality?
Completely unedited photographs sent from the original device work best, please note that although a photograph may look ok on your device, once printed onto actual card it may slightly differ in colour. I do not edit your photographs in any way and this is out of my hands. If in doubt please use professional photographs.
What size are you frames?
All our standard frames are approx 9"×9"
