Founded in 2020 by Maria Isabel and Heyder Fernandez, My Magic Place Shop was created from a passion for creativity, craftsmanship, and meaningful handmade goods.
What began as a small home-based project in South Florida has grown into a shop offering handmade candles, handcrafted incense, crystal jewelry, decorative accessories, craft supplies, and thoughtfully curated spiritual and home décor items.
Many of our products are individually created, assembled, poured, decorated, or packaged by hand in small batches with great attention to detail. We enjoy working with a variety of materials, including wax, crystals, botanicals, fragrance oils, jewelry components, and decorative elements to create unique pieces for our customers.
Our goal is to provide quality products, excellent customer service, and a welcoming shopping experience. Frequently asked questions
📦 Where is my order?
All orders are shipped via USPS. Once your order is prepared and weighed, a shipping label is created and you will receive a tracking number via email.
If your tracking shows Delivered but you have not received your package, please contact your local post office as soon as possible, as sometimes packages are scanned incorrectly and may arrive the following day.
If your package is marked as lost or shows no movement for 30 days, you will be eligible for a refund.
Please note:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by USPS
Once a package is shipped, it is under USPS handling and control

We ship using USPS First Class and Priority Mail, both with tracking included.

We ship orders exactly as provided through Etsy, and we are not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses.
📦 Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, or because it was unclaimed, the buyer will be responsible for the reshipping cost.

Items must be returned in new and unused condition

Return labels are not provided unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error on our part

📦 Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of USPS. We do not have control over delivery times or handling.
If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact your local USPS office directly.

Orders may be canceled only if they have not been marked as “Pre-Transit.”
Once an order is marked as Pre-Transit, it means it has already been processed and is no longer in our possession, and cannot be canceled.

All items are 100% handmade, so slight variations in color, design, wax fill, herbs, or decorative elements may occur. Each piece is unique and may not look exactly like the listing photos.

Candles are sold as decorative items. If you choose to light them, you assume full responsibility for safe use, including removing all flammable materials and keeping them away from children, pets, and flammable surroundings.
