5 out of 5 starsI absolutely loved my crystals, the packaging was lovely and shipping was incredibly fast! There was a small system error regarding the availability of one of the items in my order but the seller was very communicative and sent an alternative that was just as gorgeous as the original item. 10/10 will be ordering again :)

Processing time:

Summer shipping for body butters?
I care deeply about the quality of your experience, so I choose not to ship whipped butters during the peak of summer to avoid disappointing you with melted or deflated texture. Some solid balms and lip balms may still ship during this time, but please understand that even they can soften in extreme heat.
How can I fix melted balms and butters?
If your balm or butter arrives melted or partly liquefied:
Simply place it in the refrigerator or freezer for a while to firm it back up.
Balms will stay the same consistency and the melting of freezing the whipped butter turns it into a balm consistency. With that said the performance remains unchanged—it will still moisturize beautifully!
What are those little granules in my balm or lip balm?
You might notice tiny grainy bits in products containing unrefined shea butter. This is completely normal and natural.
Shea butter can crystallize when it cools unevenly (which can happen in shipping when it's frozen and melts again). These “granules” will melt instantly into your skin upon application. They’re not a defect, just a sign of a pure, minimally processed ingredient at work!

When you choose or, it is stated "intuitive selection," I hand-pick an item I feel is meant for you. It is a fun surprise for you, and I love taking part in this option as well!

Due to the nature of my products, I don’t accept returns. But please message me if there’s an issue—I want you to be happy with your purchase.
